      Vaalaste - the highest waterfall in Estonia and the Baltic States. Its average height - 30.5 meters, the maximum height - 56 meters. The waterfall is particularly striking for its beauty tourists in early spring, during snow melt, and in winter, when it is completely freezes, forming fabulous ice shapes. In 1996, the Commission of the Academy of Sciences, the waterfall was declared a natural heritage and a national symbol of Estonia.

      Opposite the waterfall built a special sightseeing platform for many tourists. Nearby parking is also provided and information signs. Double spiral staircase will come down to the bottom of the limestone cliff where you can see the natural education, age is 80 million years old.
